CSD receives accreditation and scores a 9,8 in external audit

Centre for Safety and Development (CSD) foundation has been granted its CEDEO accreditation for another two years.

In the most recent customer satisfaction survey, which was held in 2018, CSD achieved a score of 9.6 out of ten for custom-made training courses. This compares to 9.1 in 2016.

In the case of open training courses, it scored no less than 9.8, up from the 9.2 it was given in 2016.

Fifth time in a row

CSD has consequently been accreditated by CEDEO (Lloys Register) for the fifth time in a row (since 2010). We are therefore very proud and grateful that we can bear this quality label for another two years.

Quality label

To be eligible for the accreditation, organisations have to meet strictly defined quantitative and qualitative criteria. This is tested with the help of a detailed customer satisfaction survey, for which at least 80% of customers and commissioning parties must state that they are ‘satisfied to very satisfied’ with the services provided, cooperation shown, and results achieved. Read more about the quality label here.

Very intensive

We would like to share some of the responses from the customer satisfaction survey.

Every respondent stated that they were satisfied or very satisfied with the preliminary procedure, and they also said that their wishes were listened to and incorporated in the HEAT training course wherever possible. Praise for how the courses were implemented was universal; they were in line with expectations and with what had been agreed. Mention was also made of the fact that:

“many real-life situations were re-created in which you learnt how to act in difficult circumstances – the course was very intensive!”

There was much positive sentiment about the trainers and actors, who created a good atmosphere in which everyone felt confident to practise.

The respondents also said that the trainers and actors had a sound knowledge of the subject matter and that they were skilful in supervising the participants.

After the course, they said that they had achieved their goals:

“Our employees are seasoned travellers who approached the course with an ‘I already know all this’ attitude. After it was over, they remarked how excellent the training course was and how much they had learned from it”.

Comments regarding the price-quality ratio included:

“There are no similar providers on the market. It is capital-intensive, but certainly worth the money, because security is so important”

“the price is realistic, because it includes so much”.
