On October 1, 2021, CSD organised the HEAT (Hostile Environment Awareness Training) Focus Group.
We received feedback from MSF, Red Cross, Cordaid, CARE, SAVE, IUCN, CNV, Nuffic, Freepress, and Clingendael to improve our HEAT courses.
The main topics were: safe learning environment, storyline, training programme and the continuous training cycle. And of course, some virtual reality for the brave (see above).
