New dates Family Support Training
After a succesful Family Support Course in November we have set new dates for the course in 2014.
The Family Support Training will be organised on: 3 April and 20 November 2014.
This Family Support Training aims to teach participants to build and maintain relationships and trust with family members of staff members in crisis.
It aims to show tolerance, understanding and patience in all communications.
Furthermore participants learn to provide consistent and coherent information, and to keep families active, engaged, updated and to provide practical support. For more info about the training click here.
